Dik, who has been informed by Tzu-en, hurries to the execution ground to save his mother. Protected by the Pearl Flag, Dik is not injured by Pang Hsiung. Since Dik has won the battle, the Diks is forgiven and Dik is appointed the First General too. By chance, Dik discovers the plan of Pang Hsiu of leading to troops to attack Tan Tan.
